Allen Coleman
Chief Operating Officer
Allen Coleman is the Chief Operating Officer of Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3) and oversees the company's information technology and solutions teams.
He joined S3 in 2006 as the Chief Information Officer and was promoted to Vice President of Solutions in 2008. During this time, Coleman was charged with developing and expanding S3’s solutions practice and handling the company’s internal IT operations. He maintains these responsibilities in his current position.
Coleman has over 25 years of information technology experience. Prior to joining S3, he was the Chief Information Officer of The Auto Club Group (ACG), the largest property and casualty insurer in Michigan. Coleman's primary role was to create and implement innovative technological systems to spur business growth and process efficiencies. Coleman also garnered vast experience in several other jobs, including the CIO and Senior Vice President at Citigroup, in their mortgage division, and Development Manager and Project Leader at Mastercard.
Coleman is a former chair and sits on the board of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Metropolitan Detroit. He is also a board member of the Henry Ford Community College Fund and actively participates in S3's many philanthropic activities.
He has a master’s degree in finance and project management from the New York Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Southeast Missouri State University.
