Our History

Strategic Staffing Solutions, L.C., also known as "S³" is a Michigan Corporation founded in 1990 by President and CEO, Cynthia J. Pasky.  S³ is a provider of Information Technology Consulting and Staff Augmentation, Vendor Management Programs, Customized Project Solutions, Off/On Shore Services and Executive Search Services to customers throughout the U.S. and Europe.

Headquartered in Detroit, Michigan, the company is one of Michigan's largest women-owned companies. S³ is ranked the 6th Largest Diversity Staffing Company in the nation by Staffing Industry Report and has been recognized as one of the "Top Twenty-Five, Detroit-Area Women Owned Businesses" and as "One of the Best Places to Work" by Crain's Detroit Business. Ernst and Young has recognized S³'s President and CEO, Cynthia J. Pasky with their Entrepreneur of the Year award.

Under the direction of Ms. Pasky and a highly skilled management team, company revenue and profits have increased steadily and exceeded projections during each of the past 17 years. Today S³ operates 19 U.S. branches and two international offices with 1,500 dedicated, hard-working employees providing a myriad of IT services to more than 100 customers. S³ values its customers by exceeding our customers' expectations and by providing the utmost in customer satisfaction (just ask them!). S³ is a preferred vendor for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
