We selected all resources, provided orientation and a warranty for performance allowing our customer to focus on project execution. By collaborating with our customer the project was completed on time and within budget.

In another case, S3 was awarded a five-year managed service contract to provide maintenance and enhancements for an energy customer’s proprietary Oracle-based ERP systems that supported its more than 2 million customers while its employees designed and implemented the transfer to SAP. S3 developed baseline SLAs and executed the knowledge transfer process for a 42-member team. We introduced numerous process improvements, including introducing Agile as the development methodology.

Another customer needed to get its arms around its $5 billion global IT spend. S3 provided a team of subject matter experts with supply chain, procurement and service management and governance expertise. They conducted a six-month assessment interviewing all stakeholders and provided an overall depiction of the current procurement process, gaps with regard to best practices and recommendations for a new procurement process. Our recommendations totaled more than $30 million in savings in the first year alone.
