Jeff joined S3 in 2007 and is responsible for teams and clients in Richmond, VA, and Philadelphia, PA. In addition, Jeff is the general director for the S3 International (S3I) team in Vilnius, Lithuania. Prior to S3 Jeff Nelson was the executive director for the U.S-Baltic Foundation.
