About S³
Strategic Staffing Solutions (S³) is a global IT consulting and business services firm specializing in staff augmentation, managed services, total workforce management programs, and direct-hire recruiting. With deep industry expertise in financial services, energy and utilities, healthcare, and insurance, S³ places consultants with clients across the U.S., Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
Founded in 1990 in Detroit, MI by Cynthia Pasky, S³ combines strong financial stability with a flat corporate structure, enabling direct access to C-level leadership and the ability to make swift, creative decisions that benefit Customers, Consultants, and Communities. Since 2000, S³ has donated more than $2 million annually to charities and community organizations worldwide.
