Job Title: Application Support Engineer
Location: Pasadena, TX

Position Summary
Seeking an Application Support Engineer specializing in deploying, maintaining, and life-cycling PCN/OT application systems.
This position is responsible for supporting application systems while ensuring cybersecurity standards adherence, information and risk compliance, asset inventory and monitoring, software license management, and operating system/software patch management.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and lifecycle PCN/OT application systems.
- Support and troubleshoot server-based on-premise and Azure applications in OT and business network environments.
- Deploy, troubleshoot, and support Microsoft Windows servers.
- Provide design, testing, and implementation support for internally driven application system platform deployments and lifecycle projects.
- Support customer-facing application projects.
- Maintain systems infrastructure documentation.
- Support cybersecurity standards adherence, information management, and risk compliance.
- Maintain asset inventory and monitoring.
- Support software license management and OS/software patch management.
- Identify, communicate, troubleshoot, and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting and troubleshooting server-based on-premise and Azure applications in OT and business network environments.
- Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows servers.
- Experience providing design, testing, and implementation support for application system platform deployment or lifecycle projects and/or customer-facing projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify, communicate, and resolve issues.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to document systems infrastructure.
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of OT environments and related high-security concepts, including Purdue model, air-gapped networks, and Zero Trust.
- Experience and familiarity with Azure IaaS and SaaS.
- Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts to automate system maintenance and monitoring.
- Experience with virtualization environments including VMware ESXi and vCenter; VxRail experience is a plus.
- Associate degree or higher in technology or a related business discipline.
- Microsoft certification(s) in Windows Server, Azure, or related technologies.
- Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Linux servers, including RHEL, CentOS, or other distributions.
- Experience maintaining and administering infrastructure systems with responsibility for cybersecurity standards adherence, information management, and risk compliance using Tenable Nessus, Tanium, or equivalent tools.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies/SAFe framework and experience with Microsoft ADO.

- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
- Experience deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting Microsoft Windows.
- Experience supporting various OT applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to identify, communicate, and resolve issues.
