BID Manager

Strategic Staffing Solutions International (S3I) client is a technology driven company with 10+ years of experience in custom IT system development, specializing in complex system integrations and data exchange platforms. The company builds modern, scalable web-based solutions and values clean code, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

They are seeking an independent, highly structured professional who can manage the international bid lifecycle from opportunity identification through to the submission of a high-quality, compliant proposal.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor procurement and tender opportunities from the United Nations (UN), NATO, the European Commission, and selected Baltic countries.

• Evaluate whether a tender is worth pursuing, considering:

  • Eligibility and compliance requirements
  • Qualification criteria
  • Competitive positioning
  • Risks
  • Deadlines
  • Commercial potential

• Analyze tender documentation and identify:

  • Mandatory requirements
  • Evaluation criteria
  • Risks and gaps

• Coordinate internal technical teams, sales teams, partners, manufacturers/vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the bid process.

• Prepare and review proposal documentation, compliance matrices, clarification questions, references, and all other required submission materials.

• Ensure the complete and timely submission of proposals.

• Actively utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate document analysis, proposal preparation, quality reviews, and other manual processes.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in bid management, tender management, or proposal development.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Self-driven, proactive, and accountable for results.
• Practical experience using AI tools to improve work efficiency and productivity.
