Pay Rate: $25/hr W2

Job/Role Description:

• The Client Analyst will serve as an integral member of a centralized Client Service Team, providing operational and administrative support to advisor teams and clients.
• Support the onboarding of new clients by coordinating onboarding activities, maintaining accurate client data, and assisting with contracting procedures.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating client meetings to facilitate timely communication between advisor teams and clients.
• Prepare, submit, and track new investment account applications through the funding stage.
• Support tax season activities, including organizing tax data, gathering and tracking client consents, finalizing tax returns, coordinating estimated payments, and facilitating electronic filing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to complete investment and operational tasks related to client accounts.
• Assist with requests involving Special Investments and Private Equity.
• Support advisor teams with ongoing client service and account-related activities.
• Assist with tracking and reporting Quality Control metrics to help maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within required timelines.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve account and operational requests.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure.
• Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and internal groups.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Financial services experience preferred but not required.
