Field Services IT Associate
Location: Detroit, MI (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Month Contract
Overview:
- Support of field service operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing to surveys, data collection and reporting
- Ability to follow test scripts and successfully perform basic troubleshooting for login and print operations.
- Ability to deploy and verify basic computer functionality
Key Skills and Qualities:
- Entry level IT End User Device Technical Field Services knowledge
- Foundational knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel focused)
- Experience with Epic TDR Readiness Activities (preferred but not required)
- Ability to learn quickly and provide feedback to team leaders
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous Clinical Technical and workflow knowledge (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work well with team members and be self-directed in a dynamic clinical environment.
