Job Description Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects in the SAP landscape according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, coordinate team members, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. 

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to: 

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. 
• Allocate tasks and coordinate team members. 
• Estimate costs and ensure the project stays within budget. 
• Identify issues and develop mitigation strategies. 
• Keep stakeholders informed with regular updates and reports. 
• Ensure project deliverables meet required standards. 
• Complete project documentation and evaluations. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT or business-related discipline. 
• 5 -10 years of project management experience. Preferably with ERP implementation and support experience 
• Current PMP Certification or similar.   
• Proficient use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or ADO. 
• Strong facilitation, and stakeholder engagement experience. 
• Highly proficient in English. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
• Organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing project conditions.  
• Ability to work in a multicultural and diverse environment.  

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree preferred. 
• Agile certification(s). 
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks.
