ServiceNow Integration Engineer (Operational Technology)

Location: Argentina

We are seeking a ServiceNow Integration Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise platforms supporting Operational Technology (OT) environments. You will work closely with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Operations teams to deliver scalable, secure, and automated integration solutions.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on ServiceNow development, integration, and automation rather than administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

• Configure and customize ServiceNow components including Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and MID Server.

• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise applications, cybersecurity platforms, monitoring solutions, and asset management tools.

• Support CMDB, Discovery, and automation initiatives to improve operational visibility and service management.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis.

• Collaborate with Operational Technology (OT), Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and application teams to deliver integration solutions.

• Develop scalable and reusable integration components following best practices.

• Participate in testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

• Strong experience with:

  • ServiceNow IntegrationHub

  • REST and SOAP APIs

  • JavaScript

  • Flow Designer

  • MID Server

  • CMDB and Discovery

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise applications and third-party platforms.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Ability to work collaboratively within Agile teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, Manufacturing, Energy, Utilities, or Oil & Gas environments.

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with technologies such as:

  • Splunk

  • Tenable

  • Microsoft Azure

  • Active Directory

  • SAP

  • Microsoft Power Platform

• Knowledge of Python or PowerShell.

• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.

• ITIL Foundation certification.

• Experience with automation and enterprise integration best practices.
