About the Opportunity

Strategic Staffing Solutions International is partnering with a leading international financial services organisation undergoing a large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) platform transformation.

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Workstream Lead to lead a strategic workstream focused on employee experience, accessibility, and user experience governance across a major HCM programme.

This is a highly visible leadership role operating at the intersection of business transformation, technology, HR, and user experience. The successful candidate will ensure the programme delivers a consistent, intuitive, accessible, and trusted experience for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR teams while aligning stakeholders around the platform's capabilities and future vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the UI/UX workstream within a large-scale HCM transformation programme.
• Establish and maintain user experience governance across the programme.
• Drive alignment between business, HR, technology, change, and implementation teams.
• Ensure employee and manager experiences remain consistent across end-to-end HR journeys.
• Embed accessibility requirements and best practices throughout design, testing, change management, communications, and deployment activities.
• Identify and mitigate UX, accessibility, adoption, and employee experience risks.
• Influence programme decisions through a user-centred and employee-centric perspective.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and expectation management regarding HCM platform capabilities and limitations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external specialists to ensure delivery of high-quality employee experiences.
• Support long-term digital workplace and employee experience objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading UX, Employee Experience (EX), Digital Workplace, HCM, or transformation workstreams within complex enterprise programmes.
• Strong programme leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience working within large-scale HR, HCM, ERP, Digital Workplace, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, governance, and compliance requirements.
• Experience defining experience standards, governance frameworks, or cross-functional ways of working.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions in complex matrix environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and executive reporting skills.
• Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries is advantageous.

Contract Details

• Rate up to approximately €80/hour (location dependent).
• Contract duration: December 2026 - April 2028 with potential extension.
• Remote engagement.
