Job Title: Account Opening and Maintenance Analyst

Location: Cohoes, NY 

Duration: 6 months

Pay Rate: $26/HR (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:

• This role helps support our client's account management operations by reviewing and approving pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements.
• This position will coordinate and process team-specific tasks as requested by the business and perform quality reviews of other team members' completed work to ensure data accuracy.
• This position will interface with teams and businesses to resolve ongoing issues, answer specific policy questions, and apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities, escalating issues as appropriate.
• Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and documentation meet policy requirements
• Coordinate and process team specific tasks as requested by the business
• Perform quality reviews of other team members completed work and ensure data accuracy
• Work across multiple systems and platforms to complete daily tasks
• Interface with teams and business partners to resolve on-going issues and answer policy questions
• Provide support and work on special projects as requested
• Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate
• Adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
• Sound judgment and outstanding attention to detail
• Proven analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization
• Flexible and able to work well under pressure in a team environment
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's Degree preferred – Concentration in Finance or Business
