Brand Enablement & Operations Specialist

Contract: Contract Only – No Conversion
Position Summary
We are seeking a Brand Enablement & Operations Specialist to support enterprise brand initiatives through governance, process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This role will partner across Brand, Marketing, Communications, and Technology teams to improve brand tools, streamline workflows, and drive consistent adoption of brand standards across the organization.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can work across multiple stakeholder groups and translate business needs into scalable processes and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support administration, governance, and continuous improvement of Brand Central and related brand enablement platforms.
- Manage and enhance Brand Steward onboarding, communications, workflows, reporting, and support processes.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline processes and improve the user experience.
- Support integration of brand standards, guidelines, and governance into AI-powered tools and agents.
- Partner with Technology, vendors, Marketing, Communications, and business stakeholders to define requirements and implement new capabilities.
- Develop training materials, documentation, and change-management resources to increase adoption of brand tools and processes.
- Support broader Brand Enablement Transformation initiatives focused on enterprise brand consistency and operational excellence.
- Analyze existing processes and recommend scalable technology and workflow improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in program management, marketing operations, brand governance, knowledge management, or digital platform administration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable processes and technology solutions.
- Experience working across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with workflow automation and AI-enabled tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Experience supporting digital platforms, governance programs, or enterprise enablement initiatives.
- Experience with change management, training, user adoption, or community-based programs.
