Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced iOS Developer to join an established mobile development team on a 6-month contract assignment. This is an immediate backfill need, and the team is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, quickly integrate with the existing team, and contribute with minimal ramp-up time.

While strong iOS developers will be considered, candidates with lead-level experience are particularly desirable because of their ability to quickly understand an existing environment, collaborate effectively with team members, and independently drive development work.

Only candidates with iOS development experience should be submitted for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support native iOS mobile applications.
• Contribute to mobile UI development and application enhancements.
• Work collaboratively within an established mobile development team.
• Quickly learn the existing application environment, development processes, and team standards.
• Develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain iOS application functionality.
• Participate in application development, defect resolution, and ongoing enhancements.
• Work independently on assigned development activities while collaborating closely with other developers and team members.
• Identify and resolve application issues throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and team development activities.
• Deliver high-quality mobile application functionality within established project timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership when appropriate.

Required Qualifications

• Professional iOS application development experience.
• Hands-on experience developing mobile user interfaces for iOS applications.
• Strong understanding of native iOS application development.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute quickly within an established development environment.
• Experience working collaboratively as part of a software development team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned development responsibilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lead or Senior iOS Developer experience.
• Previous experience joining an established development team and becoming productive with minimal ramp-up time.
• Experience providing technical leadership or guidance to other developers.
• Previous experience with the client's development environment is highly desirable.
• Prior successful contract experience with the client may be considered advantageous.
