Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Desired Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in investment operations, asset management, financial services, fund accounting, custody, reconciliation, client service, or a related field.
• Understanding of institutional portfolios, multi-asset investment products, accounting or custody data, cash flows, reconciliations, and client reporting.
• Experience analyzing large or complex data sets in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and exception analysis.
• Exposure to process mapping, procedure writing, controls, user acceptance testing, automation, workflow tools, or dashboard development.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, learn new systems quickly, and provide practical solutions without losing sight of control requirements or client impact.
• Interest in technology-enabled operations, data quality, and scalable service delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day operational oversight of assigned client accounts and act as a central coordination point for operational client inquiries, account events, and exceptions, working across internal teams and external counterparties to drive timely resolution and clear communication.
• Support new client launches and account changes from requirements gathering through implementation. Coordinate setup activities, readiness checks, documentation, testing, approvals, and post-launch stabilization before trading or reporting begins.
• Liaise with custodians, accounting agents, prime brokers, external managers, and other service providers to establish operating flows, resolve data or service issues, and respond to requests.
• Monitor and investigate cash, position, NAV, performance, corporate action, trade settlement, and reporting exceptions. Escalate material risks promptly, document root causes, and track remediation through closure.
• Review recurring and ad hoc cash flows, account activity, and reconciliation breaks to distinguish expected portfolio activity from items requiring follow-up or correction.
• Maintain accurate procedures, control evidence, trackers, and account documentation. Support risk and control assessments, control monitoring, issue management, and audit or client due-diligence requests.
• Identify recurring pain points and propose practical process improvements, including workflow simplification, standardization, automation, dashboards, and exception-based monitoring.
• Participate in user acceptance testing and implementation of operational tools and workflows. Validate end-to-end processing, identify defects or gaps, and communicate actionable findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to team knowledge through procedures, training materials, cross-training, and centralized reference resources. Share lessons learned and help promote consistent practices across regions.
• Build effective working relationships across product groups, functions, and regions while balancing independent problem-solving with timely escalation.
