Meet Chad Diddens: Senior Vice President

With more than 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, Chad has built and nurtured long-standing relationships with customers across key industries. Since joining Strategic Staffing Solutions (S³) in 2007, he has played a pivotal role in delivering staff augmentation, project solutions, and IT/business services throughout the U.S. and internationally, including London, Buenos Aires, Lithuania, Manila, and Poland.

Previously serving as Market Vice President of Team South, Chad has been instrumental in driving strategic growth and ensuring customer success. His leadership, expertise, and commitment to excellence have contributed to S³’s continued expansion and impact.

Beyond his professional achievements, Chad is deeply engaged in his community, dedicating time to causes such as Curtain Up Cancer Foundation, the San Antonio Food Bank, Haven for Hope, and Wreaths Across America.

In his free time, Chad enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He resides in San Antonio, TX, with his wife, Janine, and their three children.
