Meet Aliny Knupp: Vice President

People promotor, Relationship Builder

Aliny Knupp’s career with S3 began in 2014 when she worked as a consultant for the company’s highly active Charlotte location, fulfilling a host of administrative duties. Her service was so exemplary that she was hired on as a branch administrator in 2015. In this role she was able to learn the staffing industry from the ground up and touched all aspects of the Charlotte location’s operations.

However, Aliny is the kind of ambitious natural leader who never stops learning, growing and achieving, and it wasn’t long before she was promoted to one of our leading account managers. In this role she drove sales efforts for one of the location’s largest customers, an electric power and natural gas holding company headquartered in Charlotte.

Aliny once again consistently exceeded goals, and for her, it’s all about relationships. Her strengths are quickly apparent in developing and cultivating strong Customer and internal relationships at all levels by building trust and maintaining S3’s core values.

Her exemplary leadership earned her a promotion to Vice President in 2021. She plays a vital role in fostering strong, trusted relationships and delivering outstanding support to S3’s customers, while collaborating across S3’s global footprint to expand service offerings and create meaningful value.

And, not one to keep others back, Aliny makes it a point to develop the careers of those around him so that success is achieved by all. Her in-depth knowledge and experience with a wide range of operational and corporate job functions, allows leadership to develop in others, through direction, coaching, mentoring, and also through example.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Aliny is a mother to two children and actively supports Apparo, a Charlotte, NC‑based 501(c)(3) nonprofit that empowers other nonprofits by connecting them with technology expertise, strategic guidance, affordable services, and skilled volunteers to amplify their impact and streamline operations in the community.
