Meet Victoria Neal: Vice President, Human Resources

Vickie Neal joined Strategic Staffing Solutions (S³) in 2019 as Payroll Manager, bringing with her a strong foundation in payroll operations and a passion for developing people. She quickly advanced to Payroll Director, and in April 2025 was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. This steady rise reflects her exceptional leadership and commitment to learning, growth, and service.

From the moment she interviewed with S³, Vickie knew the role was the right fit. Her existing payroll expertise aligned perfectly with the position, and the opportunity to expand her experience into Benefits was, in her words, “a win-win.” Prior to stepping into HR leadership, Vickie supported essential people-focused responsibilities, such as managing companywide communications, updating policies and SOPs, and leading a U.S. team of Payroll Specialists, all of which laid a strong foundation for her transition.

Vickie considers moving from a numbers-driven discipline into a broader, people-driven HR role will be an adventurous mission and a welcomed shift. Vickie has embraced the responsibility of balancing what’s best for S³’s Consultants, Customers, and internal teams. She credits the continued growth of the Payroll and HR teams for enabling a smooth transition into executive leadership.

Today, Vickie finds deep joy and purpose in her work. Ensuring payroll accuracy and timeliness is a point of pride. She knows it directly affects the livelihood of both internal team members and assigned consultants. “Anything less than timeliness and accuracy is unacceptable,” she says. “I love what I do.”

S³’s culture is a major reason she continues to thrive here. The company’s “Find the Yes – then figure it out” mindset has encouraged her to stretch beyond her comfort zone, solve complex problems, and pursue growth she never expected but fully embraced.

Outside of S³, Vickie finds joy in inspiring others. She loves sharing her knowledge, especially with young people, teaching them how paychecks, taxes, and financial basics work. She also has a passion for creating jewelry, teaching others to make it, and turning that craft into a thriving business. Above all, she is driven by her love for her family: her children, grandchildren, and loved ones who see firsthand the joy she brings to her work and the pride she takes in doing what she loves.
