Meet Robert Belloni: Senior Vice President

Robert Belloni brings over a decade of experience in S3 to his role as Senior Vice President. He supports delivery and operations across all U.S. and global markets, with a focus on Detroit and St. Louis.

In his role as Senior Vice President, Rob is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of delivery and operations initiatives. He ensures that S3‘s services are effectively aligned with client needs, driving operational excellence and fostering innovation. Rob’s leadership is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service delivery, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing customer satisfaction across diverse markets.

Rob’s career with S3 began in sales, where he built and enhanced strategic relationships with Detroit customers. By directly supporting their needs, he fostered deep relationships within S3’s recruiting teams, continually improving quality and refining vetting processes across the enterprise. This experience laid the foundation for his expertise in S3’s service offerings and value proposition, distinguishing it from competitors and enhancing ROI for customers.

Leveraging his extensive knowledge from years of customer support and delivery refinement, Rob implemented common practices across the S3 enterprise, focusing on delivery and operations at the market level. In addition to managing daily operations and supporting delivery teams, Rob plays a key role in business development, preparing and managing multiple RFPs for current and prospective customers in sectors such as healthcare, insurance, and the public sector.

Rob is a Certified Contingent Workforce Program thought leader through Staffing Industry Analysts.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys exploring Detroit and supporting local businesses and institutions. He is a champion of the city’s cultural gems, having served on the Founders Junior Council of the Detroit Institute of Arts and the advisory board of Big Brothers Big Sisters of SEM. He currently serves on the boards of the Metropolitan Affairs Committee and the Scarab Club.
