A long-time S3 team member, Tracey leads the Detroit-based global IT staffing and solutions firm’s human resources and pay roll teams. Tracey joined the S3 family in September 2005 as a part-time assistant to the benefits and contracts teams, and was hired on full time just three months later. She has overseen the benefits and compliance departments before being named HR Director.
Tracey’s passion for helping people, combined with her talent for workplace human relations are always underscored, as she works to ensure that S3 employees continue to develop their careers in a supportive environment. With an ability to relate to and connect with diverse groups of people and solid communications skills, she leads S3’s Intern Program, working with 12 interns on average each year. Tracey also jointly manages S3’s Ambassador Program, in which she is charged with increasing retention across 3,600Consultants.
When Tracey isn’t volunteering with one S3 event or another, she’s often volunteering with her church, and with her own family, husband Hilmer and son Ethan.
